DISPATCH_01 units process within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. All orders are routed via premium carriers — Bluedart / Delhivery — at no additional cost across India. Delivery windows range from 3–7 business days, depending on the grid location.

Return & Exchange Policy

To maintain the introductory ₹1,099 pricing architecture, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.

Exchanges are strictly limited to verified damage only. If you received a damaged item, contact us at separate4u.store@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery. Verified cases will be resolved with a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges for incorrect size, change of mind, or any reason other than damage will not be entertained.
